SHIPPING and HANDLING TIME
Orders are usually processed, dispatched, and delivered within 5-7 business days within India (i.e., Monday – Friday). We're continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we'll notify you of this delay immediately.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
You will be notified when your order is confirmed, shipped, and delivered from our warehouse on your contact number and email address.
PAYMENT METHOD
You can pay via Gpay, Paytm, UPI, Bank Transfer using our payment gateway at the time of checkout. Payment is accepted in INR (Indian National Rupee) at the time of purchase.
REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY
- Refund or Replacement will be given on Damaged & Wrong Products only.
- To claim, complete uncut opening video is mandatory.
- Complaints must be raised within 3 days along with video after receiving the
- Damaged or wrong product.
- To return your order, please keep the package ready and include the original
- Invoice. Contact our customer care and we will arrange a return shipment for you. For areas where return facility is not provided by our logistics partner, you can use your own partner and ship it to our warehouse. If customer sends the courier, shipment charges (maximum 70/- INR) will be adjusted in his/her refund.
- Note - Maximum liability of refund is up to order value only.
